Scope of Work

Prepare pavement surface to allow for proper application of materials to repair cracks and reseal pavement; meaning removal of loose sand and debris from pavement and cracks. Apply highway grade hot rubber crack filler in all structural cracks. Apply industrial grade sealant to the entire asphalt surface. Adjoining areas of asphalt and concrete need to be done by brush for 3-6’ to avoid sealant from being applied to concrete surfaces. Following the manufacture recommendation for sealant and crack filler curing time, then apply line strip and other pavement markings in accordance to the markings that were in place previous to applying sealant (i.e., parking spaces and 2 handicap accessible areas). The worksite is the parking area associated with the Morris Wetland Management District, 43875 230th Street, Morris MN 56267 and is shown on the attached map outlined in red. All bids shall provide a description of the products the contractor intends to use in order to be able to compare contractor product quality from another in making a final selection. The work should be completed and billed prior to the 30th of September 2024.

Approximation of the area.
