About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing spreadsheet for Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 260000002548 issued by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) for concrete pavement and curb and gutter repair work on the M-59 Exit Ramp at Squirrel Road in Oakland County, Michigan. The project encompasses three main work categories: concrete pavement repair, pavement markings, and traffic control devices. Concrete pavement repair includes removal and replacement of 900 square yards of concrete pavement, removal and replacement of 20 linear feet of curb and gutter, 20 tons of aggregate base material, 30 square yards of restoration work, and quality control testing. Pavement marking work includes installation of thermoplastic markings in various configurations (24-inch stop bars, 6-inch guided turn radius lines, and sprayable thermoplastic markings) totaling approximately 1,220 linear feet, along with 610 linear feet of recessing pavement markings. Traffic control devices include Type III barricades, signage (both standard and special Type B prismatic signs), portable changeable message signs (PCMS), plastic drums, and lighted arrow signs, with quantities specified for both furnishing and operation of these devices. Patch locations and MDOT's traffic control plan are available for review via Google Earth maps provided in the spreadsheet.

Bidders must submit pricing for all line items using the provided Excel or Sheets format, with pricing to include all costs associated with delivery, set-up charges, and any applicable fees. All quantities listed are estimates only, and the State is not obliged to purchase in the listed quantities or any other quantities. By submitting a proposal, contractors certify that prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors. The pricing schedule requires bidders to enter unit prices for each line item, with the spreadsheet automatically calculating total prices and a grand total; all pricing fields currently display $0.00 and must be completed by bidders as part of their proposal submission.
