About this file
This is a specifications document for a NASA Langley Research Center procurement of ruggedized industrial imaging hardware. The requirement specifies three distinct Basler IP67-rated GigE camera models for use in harsh environments supporting mission-critical imaging tasks. The procurement requires 132 units of Model 109656 (a2A2840-14gmIP67, 8 MP, 14 FPS), 66 units of Model 109657 (a2A2840-14gcIP67, 8 MP, 14 FPS), and 66 units of Model 109648 (a2A5328-4gmIP67, 24.4 MP, 4 FPS), totaling 264 units. All cameras feature GigE connectivity and varying sensor specifications suitable for high-resolution data acquisition.
The quoted total contract value is $289,590.84, with import fees itemized separately and included in the final invoice at $58.65 per unit for the 8 MP models (combined 198 units at $11,610.30) and $167.79 per unit for the 24.4 MP model (66 units at $11,074.14). The contractor must deliver all hardware within a 7-10 week lead time from order receipt, with shipment directed to 22 W. Taylor Street, Hampton, VA 23681. All items must originate from a single manufacturing lot bearing the same date code and be packaged in appropriate protective materials. The deliverables include import fee processing documentation, shipping documentation, packing lists, customs/import records, and a final invoice.
