About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for advanced instructor-led training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center seeks to deliver the CCP250 (Accelerated Logix5000 Programmer Certificate Level 1) training course to technicians supporting wind tunnel facilities and associated test operations. The training objective is to develop essential competencies in programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley Logix5000 systems to strengthen workforce capability, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure safe, compliant performance of automated control systems in mission-critical test environments. The vendor shall deliver an intensive five-day program covering Studio Logix Designer Project creation, module configuration, user-defined data types, and fault identification and correction in Logix5000 systems. The vendor must provide hands-on instruction with practical exercises using Allen-Bradley software and hardware training labs and award Level 1 Programmer certification upon course completion. Training will be conducted onsite at Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, and must align with NASA safety directives, facility requirements, and OSHA-compliant practices throughout delivery.

EECO Inc. is identified as the selected vendor and exclusive authorized supplier and training provider for Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley equipment in the region. EECO's trainers are uniquely qualified to deliver advanced coursework on Allen-Bradley systems and have demonstrated success conducting related training at LaRC, including prior delivery of CCP250 training and current delivery of CCP300 training. The period of performance extends from August 31, 2026, through December 30, 2026.
