About this file

This is a Statement of Work for NASA Glenn Research Center's procurement of Chell microDAQ3 Pressure Acquisition Systems and associated support hardware.

The requirement specifies procurement of three microDAQ3 64-channel pressure acquisition systems with varying scanner ranges: two units (64MD3-07010201) with 35 kPa scanner range, one unit (64MD3-09010201) with 103 kPa differential scanner range, and one unit (64MD3-11010201) with 300 kPa scanner range. All three systems include features such as absolute or differential measurement capability, 1 mm tubulations, TCP/UDP interfaces, IEEE 1588 PTPv2 time stamping, embedded web servers, DC power with hardware triggers, CAN output, 400 Hz per-channel maximum acquisition speed, and 0 to 90°C compensated operating range. Supporting hardware includes one 8-way interface (microDAQ-INT-8F), one 4-way interface (microDAQ-INT-4-02), five 3-meter interface cables (MD3-CAB-3), one 3-meter nanoDAQ/microDAQ3 cable (nanoDAQ-CAB-RJ-3), and two calibration interface modules (microDAQ-PCU). The calibration module is a single-board PC capable of automatic scanner calibration for up to 32 scanners through pressure controller module connections, with re-zero, span calibration, and 5-point validation automation accessible via webserver or command line with PoE interface support. Performance is specified at NASA Glenn Research Center, Building 6, Room 21, Cleveland, Ohio, with an 8-10 week delivery timeline as requested.
