About this file

This is a Salient Characteristics Package for a Dormakaba door locks installation and programming project at Joint Base Andrews. The 316th Civil Engineer Squadron is seeking contractor services to install and program approximately 127 Dormakaba RT Plus door locks (Part Numbers: 79PS016T1KL30-626 and KR30-626) with Kaba Lock Trim Plates (Part Number: 061-510799-630) in unaccompanied housing dormitory Building 1690. The RFI seeks responses from capable sources by 04 June 2026 at 12:00 PM PST, with submissions directed to Luciana De Casas (Luciana.de_casas@us.af.mil) and Allen Tang (allen.tang@us.af.mil). Respondents must provide company information, CAGE and UEI numbers, business size classification, and a capability statement (maximum 5 pages) demonstrating ability to procure the specified products by part number and meet the performance work statement. The Government notes this RFI does not constitute a procurement commitment, and all information provided will be treated as public knowledge unless marked proprietary.
