About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Thomas B. Finan Hospital Center in Maryland, detailing roadway repairs and critical area resurfacing at the facility. The project requires a contractor to provide comprehensive labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, and related services to repair deteriorated roadway sections and resurface designated critical areas. The scope encompasses pre-construction activities including site inspections, utility locates, and traffic control planning; damaged surface area preparation involving pavement removal and debris disposal; milling and resurfacing of critical roadway sections with asphalt overlay; drainage structure adjustments for utility covers and catch basins; pavement markings and restoration; and quality control verification. Specific site deficiencies are documented through five photographs showing critical asphalt failure at the dietary entrance, severe pavement alligatoring, road and concrete curb washout along the facility exit lane, pavement degradation and potholes between cottage areas, and large structural potholes with surface cracking.

The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, response dates, due dates, site visit requirements, bidder meetings, award dates, contract term, renewal options, or funding sources. These details would typically be found in the related solicitation or invitation for bid documentation.
