About this file

This document is a Request for Services (RFS) template for project-based work under Temporary Professional Services Contract #505ENT-O20-SERVICEPROF-00 issued by the State of Wisconsin. The template is designed for state agencies to solicit professional services from pre-qualified vendors under an existing statewide contract, requiring agencies to specify project descriptions, deliverables, timelines, special skills or certifications needed, and preferred response formats including email, post, or fax submissions.

The contract covers temporary professional services on a project basis, with vendors required to submit candidate resumes, hourly rates, and references for each proposed professional. Pricing is structured on an hourly rate basis with an option for deliverable-based pricing when requested by the agency. The state does not reimburse travel expenses for contractor personnel, and all existing state contract terms and conditions apply to each project without alteration unless approved in writing by the State Bureau of Procurement. Vendors must certify no conflicts of interest exist between the contractor and the procuring agency or authorized users.
