Submitted candidates must provide resumes using the prescribed form, three current references, proof of certifications if applicable, and pricing proposals using Attachment 2. Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails—one containing technical and Public Information Act materials and another containing financial information—both directed to Hix.procurement@maryland.gov.
