Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) – Every VMC provides the features and performance you need, making it the best investment you've ever considered – providing more utility, flexibility, and productivity.

Vertical Mill; 30" x 12" x 16" (762 x 305 x 406 mm), 40 taper, 7.5 hp (5.6 kW) vector drive, 4000 rpm, full enclosure, Visual Programming System, power-failure detection module, 1 GB program memory, memory lock keyswitch, 15" color LCD monitor and USB port and 20-gallon (76 liter) flood coolant system.

4000-rpm Spindle, 7.5 hp (5.6 kW) The direct-drive spindle yields speeds up to 6000 rpm for cutting aluminum, yet provides plenty of low-end torque for cutting steel.

This energy-efficent LED work light provides bright illumination of the work area for part inspection, job setup, and changeovers. The light turns on with the machine, but can be operated manually via a switch on the control pendant.

Lifting Provision Machines with the lifting provision have built-in attachment points for lifting the machine.

Coolant Pump Kit Coolant Pump Kit, 1/4 hp (186 W), 6 gpm @ 10 psi (22.7 L/min @ 0.7 bar), 20-gallon (76 liter) tank, M-code or keypad activated.

Visual Part Programming System The Haas Visual Part Programming System is a proprietary conversational programming system with a full-color graphical interface that walks the user through easy-to-understand, step-by-step templates to quickly write G-code programs for simple machining operations. No knowledge of G-code or CAM software is required to create basic programs directly at the Haas control.

Media Display M-Code; M-130 Gives the programmer the ability to customize functions for specific applications or processes. Some examples of macro applications are subroutines for custom canned cycles, probing routines, operator prompting, automation integration, controlling optional devices, complex motion, and family-of-parts machining with variables. You can also use Macros to save values to and load values from variables within the control, and even create your own custom conversational programs. The option is Macro B compatible, and accepts logic statements, arithmetic operators, and Boolean operators. NextGen Control only.

Remote monitoring of your machine.

web-based application that lets you monitor the operating status of your Haas machine remotely – anywhere, any time, on any device. provides instant alerts – via SMS, email, and iOS/Android push notifications – for specific machine events, like cycle start, program end, alarms, and overrides to feeds, spindle speed, or rapids. You choose which events you care about, and set up alerts to go to specific personnel for specific machine events.

Ethernet Interface Connect your machine to your local area network (LAN) with the Ethernet Interface.

Standard Program Memory, 1 GB Spindle Orientation Spindle Orientation allows the spindle to be commanded to a specific programmed angle, using the spindle motor and spindle encoder for feedback. Controlled by industry-standard M-code, this option provides inexpensive, repeatable spindle positioning accurate to 0.5 degree.

Warranty 1-Year Standard Warranty Haas CNC machines are backed by a standard 12-month limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship image1.jpeg
