About this file
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the General Services Administration (GSA) to procure fourteen (14) new GMC Yukon vehicles on behalf of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with a firm-fixed price delivery order, with the government reserving the right to make single or multiple awards. Key submission requirements include an active SAM.gov and GSAFleet.gov registration, with quotes due on November 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.
The evaluation will focus on technical compliance with specifications, delivery terms, past performance, and price, with technical factors and past performance weighted more heavily than price. Respondents must submit two to three relevant past performance examples, demonstrate technical compliance with specifications, and include a manufacturer's vehicle window sticker for each quoted vehicle. Dealers are prohibited from adding any identification items like decals or logos to the vehicles. Invoicing will be processed through the IPP system, and contractors must provide vehicle status updates on GSAFleet.gov.
