** See attachment for revised Price Schedule.
3. Question: Can you provide the appropriate amount of tests you will be using per panel, which will help us provide the customer with the correct amount of ancillary items to complete tests?
Answer: Estimated quantities were provided on the Price Schedule.
4. Question: Understanding that by purchasing/creating this new reagent contract this customer will negate the current CPT contract for this site.
Answer: We will continue to order from current contract for supplies.
Question: Does the customer intent on canceling the current contract?
Answer: No, because this is a brand new firm/fixed price contract for supplies only. We already purchased the BD Phoenix equipment.
5. Question: As the Q&A concludes very close to the bid submission date, would it be possible to get an extension on this bid?
Answer: We are going to extend response date to October 18, 2019 at 4PM Pacific Time.
All other solicitation terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
