The price, timeline, and materials required for each repair will be communicated to refuge staff prior to work being done to determine the method of payment.

4.2 Mechanics will test each piece of equipment to ensure repairs are complete and functional. Vendor representatives will not leave the refuge until BdA staff are satisfied with repairs and agree the job is completed.

5. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) / Government-Furnished Information (GFI)
