Summary - RFQ Document: Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Miller Road Maintenance Facility
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document is issued by HC TIRZ #2 in Texas for comprehensive professional architectural and engineering design services for a new Road Maintenance Facility campus. The project encompasses architectural and engineering design, interior design, and associated professional services for a multi-building facility designed to support 24-7 road maintenance operations. Additional authorized professional services may include surveying, environmental assessments, geotechnical engineering, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). HC TIRZ #2 will procure construction inspection services and material testing under a separate contract. The RFQ document establishes the qualifications, experience requirements, and submission guidelines that interested architectural and engineering firms must meet to be considered for this project.
The document does not explicitly state pricing terms, submission deadlines, or award timelines in the excerpted materials provided. Firms responding to this RFQ must demonstrate relevant experience in similar multi-building facility design projects, 24-7 operational environments, and the specified professional services disciplines. The project scope indicates a comprehensive design effort rather than a minor renovation, suggesting the selected firm will play a significant role in the facility's development from initial design through construction documentation phases.
