About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Diagnostics for Pathogens System. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 intends to establish a single award BPA for this requirement. The BPA will be for a base year with two one-year option periods. Pricing is based on an estimated daily test volume per instrument/analyzer for each participating VA facility. The BPA will allow VISN 22 facilities to order reagents, consumables, instrumentation, and related services. The key requirements include FDA-approved instrumentation capable of rapidly identifying a broad range of pathogens, with features such as automated specimen preparation, minimal hands-on time, and the ability to detect antimicrobial resistance genes. The vendor must provide a continuously stocked inventory of all necessary supplies, as well as installation, training, maintenance, and timely emergency delivery services. Offers are due by a date to be determined upon award.
