As mentioned previously the deliverables is part of the scope of services negotiations to specifically meet your needs for the projected. Projects are not all the same, thus DLR Group is very adaptable to provide just the deliverables needed to meet your scope and intent.

DLR Group is very familiar with Job Order Contracting (JOC). With our integrated delivery process and utilizing revit de-sign program we are able to provide detailed quantities and measurements in order for the JOC to provide a detailed cost proposal for construction.

DLR group utilizes Microsoft project to develop the detailed schedule of all activities. This becomes the roadmap for adhering to the timeline as well as assuring that all tasks and aspects are attended to on time. Regular updates and moni-toring is conducted by the project manager and any changes needed are vetted with the owners project manager before implementation.

DLR Groups’ standard turnaround time for instruments of service during construction administration are as follows: re-quests for changes depend on the extent of the owners requested change can be accomplished in 2-5 working days with our integrated process. RFIs are typically responded to on the same day if not for 2-3 days. Submittals depending on the complexity will be processed in 5-10 working days.
