Bid Schedule

1. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) for solicitation number W50SC220R0004.

2. Description: The installation currently has an Automated Logic Building Management System(s) (BMS), providing energy and environmental control, installed in most of the buildings. As such, a preventative maintenance agreement is required in order to maintain the system(s) at the proper level.

(see SOW and other supporting documents attached in the email).

3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 541513 and the size standard is $30M.

4. Set-aside:

5. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on May 15, 2020. Quotes should be emailed to bradford.c.erdmann.mil@mail.mil.

6. Prevailing wage rates apply. Wage Determination No. 2015‐4120, Revision No. 14, last revised on April 15, 2020, is available at https://beta.sam.gov/wage-determination/2015-4120/14/document.

7. Standard clauses will be in the Task Order.

8. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

9. The evaluation for this acquisition will be based on the best value to the Government.

10. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

11. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days. Quote validations or extensions may be requested by the Government.

By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 – System for Award Management. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. Processing time, which normally takes 48 hours, should be taken into consideration when registering. Offerors who are not registered should consider applying for registration immediately upon receipt of this solicitation.
