About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 25-24 issued by the City of Oviedo, Florida, for Continuing Professional Hydrogeological Services. The addendum, dated March 19, 2025, addresses six specific questions from potential proposers regarding the original RFQ document dated February 23, 2025. Key clarifications include: resumes are not excluded from the 10-page proposal limit, projects within the last five years are acceptable, indoor air quality testing is the focus, references/clients can be duplicated across different sections, and subconsultants refer only to professional subconsultants (not specialty contractors).
The addendum emphasizes that proposers must acknowledge receipt of this addendum on page 17 of the original RFQ packet, with failure to do so potentially resulting in disqualification. The document maintains the original RFQ's requirements and structure, providing additional guidance to ensure proposers understand the submission expectations for the hydrogeological services contract. Proposers are advised that all other areas of RFQ 25-24 remain unchanged, and they should carefully review the clarifications provided in this addendum when preparing their submissions.
