Questions & Answers

1. Section C, Management Skills and Experience, Section C.1 requires Applicants to provide detailed descriptions of three (3) projects completed within the previous ten (10) years. Section C.5 requires documentation demonstrating the successful completion of at least one (1) fire station, emergency services facility, or comparable project completed within the previous ten (10) years. May the project submitted to satisfy Section C.5 also be included as one of the three (3) projects submitted in response to Section C.1, or is the County requiring an additional separate project for Section C.5?

Yes. The project submitted to satisfy Section C.5 may also be included as one of the three (3) projects submitted in response to Section C.1. An additional separate project is not required.

2. Section D states that Applicants shall only acknowledge the minimum qualification requirements for the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager.

However, the solicitation only identifies minimum qualification requirements for the Project Manager and Superintendent. Please clarify the minimum qualification requirements applicable to the Quality Control Manager, including any required certifications, years of experience, training, or relevant project experience.

This was an error in the solicitation. The reference to minimum qualification requirements for the

Quality Control Manager was inadvertently included in Section D. No separate minimum qualification requirements are established for the Quality Control Manager. Offerors shall only be required to acknowledge the minimum qualification requirements specifically identified for the

Project Manager and Superintendent.

3. Please confirm whether the County will permit a single individual to serve in both the Superintendent and Quality Control Manager roles for this project, provided that individual meets all applicable qualification requirements. Alternatively, does the County intend for these to be separate positions?

The County will permit a single individual to serve as both the Superintendent and Quality Control Manager, provided the individual meets all applicable qualification requirements and is capable of performing the responsibilities of both positions.

4. Can 3 client references match the project references in project experience requirement or is county requesting 3 additional client references for active and previous projects?

They can be the same. The three client references may also be used as the project references for the project experience requirement. No additional references are required.
