RFQ 13275 Summary

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the State of California for Home and Community-Based Care Services focused on Money Management. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to provide money management services to support individuals receiving home and community-based care. The solicitation establishes a competitive bidding process to identify contractors capable of delivering financial management assistance and related supportive services. Interested parties must submit responses by the specified deadline outlined in the RFQ document. The contract will establish terms for service delivery, performance standards, and compensation arrangements for the selected vendor or vendors.

The RFQ details pricing structures, evaluation criteria, and any applicable set-asides or preferences for disadvantaged business enterprises or local vendors. Funding for this procurement is provided through California state resources allocated to home and community-based care services. The selected contractor(s) will be expected to meet specific service delivery requirements and compliance standards. Any incumbent contractors currently providing similar services are identified, and the RFQ may include renewal or extension options contingent upon satisfactory performance. Vendors should review all specifications, insurance requirements, and administrative procedures contained in the full RFQ document before submitting their proposals.
