About this file
This document is an addendum to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #11-25 for Historic Preservation Consulting Services issued by the Department of Economic Development and Tourism for the City of Hopewell, Virginia. The RFQ seeks to engage a consultant to provide on-call historic preservation consulting services for various projects over a 36-month contract term, with options for three 12-month extensions. The addendum clarifies requirements such as the placement of signed forms, the number of proposal copies, the use of project examples, the requested information for project schedules and budgets, the length of resumes, and the requirements for references.
The RFQ specifies that each sealed bid submission shall include one original and one electronic (USB) version. Respondents may use project examples more than once, and the requested information regarding design schedules, bidding, and budgets is applicable. Short form resumes should be a maximum of 1-2 pages, and reference project descriptions in the appendices are cumulative with those in the resumes. A minimum of three references is required, including the company name, contact information, and other details.
