About this file
The attached document is a Draft Self-Scoring Matrix for the Automatic Test Systems Acquisition - I (ATSA-I) contract opportunity. The matrix allows offerors to self-score their capabilities across three focus areas: ATS Sustainment and Logistical Support, ATS Integration and Development, and ATS Digital Engineering/Innovation. Offerors must demonstrate experience in at least one element of each focus area to receive points. The Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and other attachments for this opportunity have been posted to SAM.gov under solicitation number FA8533-24-R-0002. The Government is currently seeking industry feedback on the draft documents, with comments due by 2 May 2024. The final RFP release date will be provided in a future update. This document provides instructions and definitions for completing the self-scoring matrix but does not contain any specific details on the required products or services.
