About this file

This document contains a request for information (RFI) from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regarding case management and behavioral health services for separated families. The RFI seeks industry feedback on revising a draft performance work statement and improving the procurement prior to competition. The purpose of the future contract is to continue and expand on services provided under a previous agreement to organize and coordinate social and behavioral health services for members of the Ms. L and Ms. JP class action lawsuits who were separated at the US-Mexico border under the Zero Tolerance Policy between January 2017 and January 2021. Key services to be provided include child-focused pre-reunification counseling, post-reunification case management, parenting support, and behavioral health services. All responses to the RFI must be submitted electronically by July 30, 2021 to inform revisions to the procurement.
