About this file
This Request for Information from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives seeks market information for the potential acquisition of two dual wavelength forensic lasers and one full spectrum color imaging system. The lasers must produce at least 8 watts of blue at 445 nanometers and 8 watts of green at 520 nanometers from a single pistol grip handpiece. The imaging system requires an all-in-one computer with a 27-inch 5K display and a 20 megapixel camera capable of capturing full color images from 254 to 1100 nanometers. Respondents are requested to provide information on their ability to meet the requirements, business size, socio-economic status, and contract vehicles by February 15, 2023. The agency will use responses to determine the final acquisition approach for these products and services.
