About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Enterprise Analytics Division (EAD) to identify qualified HUBZone-certified firms that can provide subject matter expertise and support for all phases of operations analysis. The RFI seeks to obtain market information on industry capabilities, practices, and responses to specific questions related to modeling and simulation, analytical programming, analysis of alternatives, systems analysis, and other analytical support services required by EAD. The RFI provides background on CBP's missions and the role of EAD, as well as the specific objectives and requirements for the desired services. Responses are requested by April 24, 2024, and CBP anticipates awarding a contract by the end of Q3 FY24. The RFI outlines instructions for submitting responses, which are limited to 5 pages, and specifies the information to be included, such as prior performance, HUBZone certification, and rough cost estimates.
