About this file
This Sources Sought Notice (RFI 36C26225Q0599) is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 to conduct market research for a video security surveillance equipment procurement. The solicitation targets NAICS code 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees, and potentially seeks to set aside the acquisition for Veteran-owned or small businesses if two or more qualified sources are identified. The government is specifically looking for brand name or equal video security surveillance equipment, with strict requirements that vendors must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers.
Key details include a response deadline of March 17, 2025, at 7:00 am Pacific Time, with the place of performance at the Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement demonstrating how they can meet draft Statement of Work requirements, provide business size information, confirm compliance with subcontracting limitations, and indicate product conformity with the Buy American Act. The solicitation encourages general pricing information for market research purposes, with the understanding that this is not a binding contract and a future solicitation will be published on SAM.gov or SEWP NASA's website.
