This is a Request for Bid (RFB) #MA210868 issued by the Wisconsin Department of Administration's Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) for statewide pest control services. The solicitation is structured under Wisconsin's One Procurement model, making the resulting contracts available to other state agencies, University of Wisconsin System campuses, and authorized local public bodies throughout Wisconsin's six regional service areas. The contract covers comprehensive pest control and elimination services using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods for control of rodents, insects, and other pests across DMA facilities statewide. Services include monthly inspections, treatments, equipment, materials, transportation, and emergency callback services within 24 hours. The initial contract term runs three years with options for two additional one-year renewals, plus a potential six-month transition period. Awards are made by region based on the lowest total average cost (combining initial setup fees and monthly ongoing rates), with certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Disabled Veteran-owned Businesses (DVB) eligible for up to 5% price preferences. Contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including $5 million excess/umbrella liability and meet all Wisconsin certification requirements for commercial pesticide application.
