This document contains revised questions and answers related to a solicitation to provide power and communications to a training site. Key details include that liquidated damages of $205 per day will apply if completion is delayed, the government will provide 4-inch and 1-inch conduits and fiber optic cable but the contractor must provide additional connections, trenches must be excavated to install a single 4-inch conduit duct bank, and the precast building must have a minimum R-7 insulation value. The communication shelter requires LED lighting and racks can be either two-post or enclosed. The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is the contracting agency.
