Responding firms bear all costs associated with preparation and delivery of their qualification statements. Firms are required to submit a completed two-page Statement of Qualifications form addressing firm profile and background, technical competence, personnel capacity, relevant project experience, insurance and bonding capability, legal history, safety compliance, and project location familiarity. All qualified firms meeting objective prequalification criteria established under Iowa Public Bidding Law Chapter 26A are permitted to submit bid proposals.
