SOLICITATION – 1331L522R13500012

REGIONAL DEAL FLOW PROGRAM

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for

Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;

proposals are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) seeks contractor support for Embassy Deal Teams, the United States Government (USG) interagency, and the private sector by identifying, tracking, and assessing business opportunities (including both investments and export opportunities);

preparing or packaging deal information for dissemination to the U.S. business community through ITA’s domestic field offices; and supporting FCS and ECON strategies to advance business opportunities in South Asia.

The intent of the program is not to replace or duplicate efforts already being conducted by

Embassy Deal Teams, the U.S. Departments of Commerce or State, or other agencies, but to contribute to those ongoing efforts and fill in gaps where additional resources are needed as identified by Embassy Deal Teams and the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State.

The solicitation number is 1331L522R13500012 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for

Proposal (RFP).

This requirement is being competed as a total small business set-aside. The associated North

American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611

“Administrative Management Consulting Services,” with a small business size standard of $16.5 million dollars. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See Section Attachment 0001.

Offerors shall price out the base, all options, and the total. As total compensation for all services performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specification stated herein, the

Contractor shall be paid according to the awarded price schedule as reflected in the contract.
