About this file

This document provides standard purchase order terms and conditions for the federal government. It lists numerous FAR clauses that are incorporated by reference into purchase orders depending on the type and value of products or services being procured. Additional clauses may also apply based on factors like whether the order is for supplies, equipment, or services. One related federal contract opportunity is provided for the supply and delivery of picnic table frames through the Department of Agriculture Forest Service, but no further details are included about that specific solicitation.
