The scope of services includes physical examinations by board-certified physicians, blood analysis (chemistry panel, CBC, lipid panel, TSH, iron, PSA), urinalysis, vitals assessment, body composition analysis, vision and color vision testing, hearing tests, pulmonary function testing, chest X-rays, resting and maximal stress EKGs, optional fitness evaluations, and physician counseling. Each patient receives individualized attention from exercise physiologists or medical assistants throughout the testing protocol, with comprehensive reports and physician recommendations provided via email. The vendor's facility is located at 360 North Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 3000, El Segundo, California, occupies 5,000 square feet, is ADA compliant, and offers appointment availability from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
