Uniform Shirts and Pants for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv
Question 1. I wanted to ask a few clarifying questions in regard to the Fly over permissions in Ukraine. I know Antonov Airport is currently out of commission. Are you accepting shipments from the U.S. to Poland and from Poland to Ukraine via truck? Or are you strictly accepting direct Air transport to Ukraine? What forms or clarifying documents would be provided upon award?
Answer: The airspace of Ukraine is closed due to Martial Law. The vendor shall select the delivery method on his own discretion to ensure direct shipment of ordered items to the U.S.
Embassy Kyiv (4 Ihor Sikorsky St., Kyiv, 04112, Ukraine) on DDP (fully customs cleared) terms. The awardee will be provided with the United States Government Order for Supplies or Services (OF-347).
Question 2. Could you please advise if you would provide an exemption letter/docs?
Answer: Yes, the Embassy will provide a supporting letter to the awardee to proceed with customs clearance of diplomatic cargo.
