About this file

This is a price schedule attachment for a PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) disposal RFP issued by a Virginia state or local jurisdiction. The document establishes the pricing framework for the disposal of PFAS-contaminated materials as part of an alternative analysis initiative to evaluate various disposal methods and their associated costs. The schedule provides line items for different disposal services, quantities, and unit pricing that bidders must complete as part of their proposal submission. The price schedule serves as the cost evaluation tool for comparing competitive bids and determining the most economical solution for PFAS treatment and disposal operations.

The pricing schedule requires bidders to specify unit costs and total costs for each disposal method or service category outlined in the document. This format allows the evaluating agency to standardize cost comparisons across all submissions and identify the most cost-effective disposal alternatives available. The completion of this price schedule with accurate, competitive pricing is mandatory for bid consideration, and pricing terms should reflect all-inclusive costs associated with the proposed disposal solution. The document is essential to the RFP evaluation process and directly impacts contract award decisions based on cost-competitiveness and value proposition.
