PEARL CACHE Stewardship
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This contract shall include, but is not limited to, approximately 331 acres of mechanical felling of included timber; cutting of non-sawtimber and biomass; mandatory removal of both sawtimber and non-sawtimber;
landing clean-up; treatment of slash; erosion prevention and control; as well as road maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to safely perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work program shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed over the entire Unit.
Estimated period of performance: July 16, 2020 to August 30, 2024.

PROJECT LOCATION:
The project is located in T10N, R74W, sections 7, 8, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34; T10N, R75W, section 36; T9N, R74W, sections 4, 5 and 6; T9N, R75W, section 1.
From Fort Collins, Colorado, drive north on Highway 287 to Livermore, CO to the junction of County Road 74E; turn west on 74E and continue into Red Feather Lakes. Continue through Red Feather Lakes Village to the junction of County Road 86 (Deadman Road) and continue west approximately 5 miles to the intersection of National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 300. This intersection is the approximate eastern edge of the project area boundary.
