Summarize contractor performance in each of the rating areas. Assign each area a rating of Unsatisfactory, Marginal, Satisfactory, Very Good, or Excellent. Use the following instructions as guidance in making these evaluations. Note: There is no corresponding guidance for “Customer Satisfaction”.
