About this file
This is a Scope of Work document for Leon County, Florida, outlining a continuing services contract for painting and related services. Leon County seeks qualified contractors to provide painting services on an ongoing basis, with work assignments determined by the County based on vendor capabilities, punctuality, reliability, past performance, availability, responsiveness, capacity, and project scheduling. The County intends to award contracts to multiple vendors to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and to maintain flexibility in meeting diverse project needs across the jurisdiction. Performance evaluations will be conducted and maintained by the Facilities Management Division for most completed jobs, with Leon County retaining sole discretion as evaluator of work quality, performance, and timeliness.
Award of contracts will be based on the total cost reflected in the Bid Pricing Sheet, with work assignments made at the County's sole discretion. No specific response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, or contract term information is detailed in the provided document excerpt. The continuing services structure allows the County to distribute work among multiple selected vendors based on project requirements and vendor capacity, rather than committing all work to a single contractor.
