Technical (Go No-go evaluation factor) and Price Proposals
This RFP will require submission of Technical (Go No-go evaluation factor) and Price Proposals.
In accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101-2 and 15.305(a)(2)(i), award will be based on the lowest evaluated price of the proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standard of the Go no-go evaluation factor set forth herein. In other words, relevant past performance will be evaluated to determine whether it meets or exceeds the acceptability standards set forth in the stated technical factors.
However, FAR 15.3055(a)(2)(ii) is not applicable to this solicitation.
Contractors that fail to response to the Go no-go factor will not be given further consideration. Pursuant to FAR 15.305(b), the government reserves the right to reject all proposals received in response to this solicitation if doing so is in the best interest of the government.
Technical Requirement
· Demonstrates capability to install pine shake roofing on buildings of comparable scope and complexity
· Provide descriptions and references for two similar projects completed within the last three (3) calendar years complete with references, the Government may at its discretion contact selected references to verify relevant information provided or seek additional clarification including information that the contractor was capable, efficient and effective and that the contractor’s performance conformed to the terms and conditions of its contract.
Price proposal The price proposal shall include a lump sum price for all of the work required herein along with a cost break down showing the hourly rates for the prime and consultants, in addition cost for overhead, material, profit, insurance and bonding.
