About this file

This single source justification document proposes awarding a firm fixed price purchase order to Delsys Inc., a small business, for Geo MX Gene Panels. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 10, Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC Network Contracting Office requires the gene panels with an estimated value of $25,918 and a required delivery date of 90 days after receipt of order. The justification cites that Delsys Inc. is the sole manufacturer and proprietary owner of the required Trigno electromyography system and accessories, which have unique technical configurations unavailable from any other supplier. Market research of various sources including VetCert, SAM, GSA schedules, DLA ECAT, and FPDS did not identify any other potential sources for the equipment.
