Pricing proposals must clearly indicate the payment terms, any volume or prompt payment discounts, and how pricing will be adjusted over the contract term, whether through fixed pricing, annual adjustments, or percentage-based calculations. Proposers must justify that their pricing is fair and reasonable and explain its relationship to most favored customer pricing. Pricing cannot be contingent on a fixed minimum timeframe due to potential contract termination provisions.
