About this file

This document is Amendment No. 3 to a Fleet Master Lease Lessor contract issued by the State of Ohio's Department of Administrative Services (DAS), General Services Division, Office of Procurement Services. The amendment involves Huntington Public Capital Corporation, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, as the primary contractor for this state contract.

The contract (OT902321) was originally effective from 01/01/21 to 12/31/21 and has been renewed through 12/31/26 via this amendment. This amendment extends the contract for an additional twenty-four months, effective 01/01/25 through 12/31/26, through mutual agreement between the State of Ohio and the contractor. The contract is a mandatory use contract available to the Department of Administrative Services' Office of Fleet Management, allowing agencies to purchase fleet leasing services at their discretion. The contract allows for potential renewals, with a cumulative renewal period not to exceed sixty months unless the Contracting Agency determines additional renewal is necessary. The amendment maintains all previous pricing, terms, and conditions from the original contract.
