“RefineM led Multi-Craft Contractors through a project management implementation process including methodical evaluation of our initial capabilities, an expertly ran leadership kaizen, and tailored project management instruction. RefineM’s breadth and depth of project management and leadership knowledge allowed them to quickly focus on our diverse group of specialties, and connect professionally with our employees. Their professional intervention dramatically changed our project management processes.

“Project management can be a challenging concept for many business professionals to grab hold of, but NK has proven to be able to break down that concept into manageable learning concepts for the students he teaches. NK is not only a knowledgeable instructor, but he also backs up that knowledge with real-world experience. We hire NK to go into specific companies to teach customized project management training courses for employees; therefore, it's important for us to be able to prove the value of this training to those companies. NK keeps meticulous spreadsheets on student progress and is able to relate that progress to corporate training ROI. He's usually asked back a second and third time as the employees see the value of what they are learning and desire more advanced training. We are fortunate to have him work for us and consider it an honor to recommend him.”

“If you don’t have quality program/project management to get ahead of the power curve, you spend all your time putting out fires and reinventing the wheel. Adding project management capacity internally was prohibitively expensive, so I decided to bring in a third-party provider. RefineM demonstrated they had subject matter expertise in project management. They are experts at what they do.”

–Alex Perwich, President, Enactus United States

“Our company has utilized NK’s PMP exam prep course, which I personally attended. He has extensive experience managing projects, and his experience shows during the training. NK does a great job relating the science of project management to real world project management scenarios. This correlation helps strengthen the learning process for those attending the course.

I would highly recommend NK for anyone searching for a qualified and experienced project management trainer.”

–Paul Marcink, Manager of Project Management, CSI Designs
