About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the requirements for a Brand Name OGP SmartScope SP 663 measurement system, including installation, training, and warranty. The key details are:

The base system requirements include a rigid, moving bridge design with a large measuring volume, high payload capacity, granite base and bridge, XYZ travel of 650 x 660 x 300 mm, SP25 scanning probe kit, Sonic controller, and 3-station change rack. The system must include ZONE3 Pro, ZONE3 Offline, and ZONE3 SSA software with full measurement, GD&T, and 3D CAD capabilities. It requires a Grid Projector, TeleStarPlus TTL Laser, single monitor Ergotron stand, and a high-performance i9 PC. The contractor is responsible for delivery, rigging, and installation, with the government providing only electrical power connection. Three days of on-site training for up to 5 employees is required, and the system has a one-year warranty.

This SOW is associated with the federal contract opportunity W911PT24Q0085 for the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal to provide 1 new OGP SmartScope SP 663 system for the Watervliet Arsenal, which is a brand name sole source requirement.

The system shall be designed with a rigid base structure and designed to optimize dynamic data acquisition according to ISO 10360 standards. The system shall be a moving bridge system designed for large/heavy parts. The part shall remain stationary while optics and sensors move around the part. The system shall also include the following:

A. Large measuring volume and high payload capacity in a compact footprint B. Moving bridge design to allow heavy parts to be loaded/unloaded by a conveyor or overhead crane C. Granite base and granite bridge with heavy-duty cast uprights, which shall ensure thermal stability and vibration isolation.

D. XYZ Travel Standard 650 x 660 x 300 mm E. SP25 Scanning Prove Kit (includes SM25-2 Scanning Module Kit with SM25-2, 2x SH25-2) F. SP25 Calibration Kit G. Sonic Controller H. 3-Station Change Rack I. 24” Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse

3. Software Requirements: The system shall include the ZONE3 Pro, ZONE3 Offline, and ZONE3 SSA software. This software shall have the following requirements:

3.1 Main Software: The system shall include the ZONE3 Pro software (PART NUMBER: 720648) with the following requirements:

A. Display relationship between parts, sensors, datum alignments, and machine accessories B. Full measurement capabilities and tools C. Full GD&T functionality D. Full 3D CAD capability E. Enhanced productivity and analysis tools F. Support for regulated environments G. Includes LaunchPad

3.2. Offline Support: The system shall come with the ZONE3 Offline software (PART NUMBER: 720650). This software shall mimic the ZONE3 Pro software but designed for use at an offline workstation. This software shall have simulated video, laser, and touch prove for a full functioned multisensory software

3.3. Software Subscription: The system shall come with a one-year software subscription agreement (SSA) for all applicable ZONE3 software (PART NUMBER: 860052). The SSA shall include free updates of ZONE3 software and will apply for any associated seat of ZONE3 offline software.

4. Optical Requirements: The system shall include a Grid Projector (PART NUMBER: B10-GPR). This shall have the ability to measure surfaces such as glass, clear plastics, and surfaces with a mirror-like finish.

5. Laser Scanning Requirements: The system shall come with a TeleStarPlus TTL Laser (PART NUMBER: B10-TS-TTL). This shall provide high resolution scanning, measurement of seep surfaces, TTL convenience, and the ability to measure all surface textures.

6. Workstation: The system shall come with a Single Monitor Ergotron Stand (PART NUMBER: B10-CPSTAND-SM).

7. Accessories: The system shall come with a High-Performance i9 PC (PART NUMBER:B10-PCUPGR). This shall replace the standard PC normally supplied with the system. The PC shall provide strong computing power for CAD rich environments. The PC shall be, at minimum, an Intel i9-based PC with 16GB Nvidia Graphics Card, 500GB NVMe Hard Drive, and Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit OS.

8. Installation: The system shall come with RGL installation and Calibration with OVS ISO Guide 17.25 verification. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to completely deliver, rig, and install the machine. The only assistance WVA will provide is the connection of electrical power to the machine at the point of first connection.
