EAC BAA—Improving NSF’s Analytic Capacity
Amendment 0003
The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to share pertinent information provided during the current solicitation process with all prospective offerors.
Amendment 0003 includes questions submitted from a prospective offeror and the Government’s response. Additionally, as part of the response, the Government referenced the NSF Technical Reference Model (Attachment A), NSF 030 – Security Requirement (Attachment B) and Response from the Government (Attachment C).
