EAC BAA—Improving NSF’s Analytic Capacity

Amendment 0001

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to clarify Section 3.1 of the EAC BAA.

The EAC BAA is soliciting proposals, not concept papers.

Section 3.1 of the BAA states:

3.1 Schedule Proposals will be evaluated as submitted, starting on the concept paper due date in this announcement. This solicitation will be revised as awards are made and as topics of interest to NSF change.

For clarity, ‘starting on the concept paper due date in this announcement’ should be removed from the BAA text.
