The procurement follows Local Contract Review Board Rules C-046-0440 and utilizes an existing cooperative purchasing agreement with the state to facilitate the acquisition. No specific contract term, renewal options, site visits, or bidder conferences are referenced in the notice. This appears to be a streamlined procurement method leveraging pre-established state agreements rather than a competitive bidding process.
