About this file

This document includes a sole source justification and technical specifications for a MonCvONE perimeter update with electrophysiology software. The justification seeks a perimeter with a 30 cm radius hemispheric bowl, scotopic and photopic luminance capabilities, fixation and near-infrared light sources, and bioelectric amplifiers with specific input ranges, resolutions, and filter options. The related federal contract opportunity is for the same perimeter update and software from the National Institutes of Health Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations. The specifications require a perimeter, software, and accessories as described in the attached specification document to meet the needs of the agency.
