The contractor is responsible for providing a facilitator equipped with a laptop, compliance with U.S. Copyright Act requirements for training materials, and performance of follow-up activities including distribution of action plans and dissemination of a summary report. CIP is responsible for participant selection, venue setup, provision of audiovisual equipment and basic supplies, and distribution of materials to attendees. The agreement is effective from execution through September 30, 2026, and may be terminated by either party with 15 days' written notice.
