· one (1) C-130T Mandatory Data Frame for Digital Flight Data Acquisition Unit (DFDAU) software

· one (1) C-130T Aircraft Condition Monitoring System (ACMS) Application for DFDAU

· one (1) C-130T Micro-controller for DFDAU software part

· five (5) C-130T DFDAU Evaluation and Certification

· three (3) DFDAU Recording Media -1GB Personal Computer Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) cards

· one (1) year of software support / maintenance for the Teledyne Data Replay System (TDRS) II software to be used on the C-130T aircraft platforms.

The required items that need to be procured are going to be used to validate the internal operating software on the DFDAU to ensure it is correctly acquiring the signals from the aircraft, record them onto the PCMCIA card and then the PCMCIA card is removed from the DFDAU and downloaded onto a ground station computer and read by a C-130T subject matter expert. Teledyne Controls, LLC is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and data necessary to provide the software parts and support in the most cost effective and timely manner. The TDRS software and maintenance is deemed to be available only from one responsible source when it is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
