The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, intends to issue a solicitation for award of Offshore Energy Research (information on all aspects of maritime energy infrastructure and related shipping. This information shall be graphically portrayed in geographic information system (GIS) maps or Keyhole Markup Language (KML) with amplifying details being provided via Excel spreadsheet and Word document) and Maritime Vessel Information (Information on offshore energy related shipping to include vessel identification and vessel blueprints) for the US Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).

Potential quoters are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://euroneco.navy.mil or https://www.fbo.gov.

By submitting a quote the quoter will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. Quoters may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/.
